Growing up in a ranching community taught me invaluable lessons of hard work, purveying, and creating delicious meals. A farm-to-table approach and high-quality proteins are an integral part of our menus at Red Rock Chef.

Years in commercial baking here in Utah resulted in a passion for feeding a crowd, from lugging 50 pound bricks of chocolate to getting our recipes down to a science. I gained an appreciation for precision and managing a team of talented cooks.

My greatest culinary growth came from apprenticing under world-class chefs in Lisbon, Portugal, where fresh, clean ingredients are the star of the show. I learned how the high-end restaurant scene operates, and how to make every guest feel like royalty with a made-to-order, tailored dinner.

Now, my world of experience allows me to curate menus for private clients and make their celebrations feel elevated, delicious, and memorable. I'm honored to share this world of flavor with you.
